Job Summary:
Join MetTech Pro Services as a Travel GDS Agent and be the primary point of contact for our clients. Manage travel inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver top-notch service to ensure a seamless booking experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (college preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service experience is a plus (training provided).
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
