Job Description
We are seeking a full-time HR Assistant to support onboarding, conduct orientation, and maintain employee 201 files (electronic and paper). You will document status and job changes, manage leaves, collect timesheets for payroll accuracy, assist with benefits administration (health, life, retirement), and handle administrative duties such as answering calls, managing emails, and organizing meetings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year accounting experience. Benefits include employee discount, health & life insurance, and staff meals. Work Location: In person.
