Job Description
MINDSYNC BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is looking for a highly skilled and communicative Japanese Tech Bilingual Developer. Candidates should have experience in Spring Boot development and be proficient in the Japanese language (N3, N2, N1, or native level). In this full-time role, you will work on Java-based backend systems, build RESTful APIs, and facilitate project coordination with Japanese-speaking clients or teams.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills in Java/Spring Boot along with effective communication abilities in Japanese, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Salary ranges from Php70,00.00 to Php110,00.00 per month. This position requires in-person work.
