Job Description
We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, control inventory, ensure outstanding customer service, lead and coach staff, manage schedules, and implement merchandising and loss-prevention strategies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in sales reporting, and flexible availability.
