Job Description
We seek a friendly Barista/Cashier to craft high-quality teas, coffees, and specialty drinks, follow company recipes, and deliver excellent customer service on a shifting schedule. Responsibilities include preparing beverages, greeting customers, taking orders, handling cash/card transactions, maintaining cleanliness and safety, upselling promotions, and working efficiently during busy periods. Requirements: high school diploma, passion for coffee/tea, strong communication, basic math, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure; prior barista experience preferred but training provided. Job type: Full-time, permanent; work location: in person at SM Sta. Rosa. Benefits: paid training, company events, promotion opportunities, and conversion to permanent status.
