Job Description
The Assistant Production Equipment Maintenance (PEM) Supervisor role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and a valid Mechanical Engineer license; fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates must be computer literate with strong oral and written communication, leadership, initiative, and decision-making skills. Responsibilities include supervising a maintenance team, scheduling and assigning tasks, coordinating and monitoring repairs, enforcing safety and maintenance protocols, training staff, and keeping maintenance logs. The role links maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability. Must be available for shifting schedules. Full-time, in-person position.
