Job Description
Mother Teresa of Calcutta Medical Center seeks a Philhealth Associate responsible for safekeeping patient files, verifying member eligibility via HCI Portal, generating PBEFs and PhilHealth Claim Form 4, reviewing and preparing patient documents and certified true copies, calculating PhilHealth benefits per case rates, coordinating with Billing, processing RTH and inpatient/outpatient/hemodialysis claims via eClaims to PhilHealth Regional Office II, and uploading documents to BIZBOX. The permanent, in-person role includes employee discounts and promotion opportunities. Ideal candidates have attention to detail, familiarity with PhilHealth procedures, and good coordination skills.
