Job Description
We are hiring a Warehouse Inventory and Operations Officer at Mother’s Produce (B Center Building) to ensure inventory accuracy and lead checking operations for incoming and outgoing fresh produce. Responsibilities include verifying quantity, quality and documentation; supervising checkers; conducting regular counts; resolving discrepancies; managing stock rotation; preparing inventory and variance reports; and coordinating with accounting, purchasing and logistics. Candidates should be college graduates (fresh grads welcome), detail-oriented, trainable, able to follow instructions and supervise a team. Benefits: paid training, 13th month pay, overtime, performance bonus, promotion opportunities. Full-time permanent, 8-hour shift, in-person. Salary Php12,00–15,00/month.
