Job Description
Lead produce operations across Davao and Digos supermarkets. Report to Operations Manager/MD. Train coordinators, ensure quality and presentation, manage inventory, logistics and deliveries, reduce waste, boost sales and promotions, analyze performance, and enforce company standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s in business/agri or related, 2+ years in area/operations management (produce preferred), strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, ability to travel. Full-time, on-site. Salary Php15,00–20,00; benefits include flexible schedule, health insurance, paid training and career advancement.
