Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality products and services.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate system and physical inventory counts of all retail merchandise.
- Cashiering Compliance: Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security in all cash-handling processes and transactions.
- Operational Compliance: Process cashiering transactions and related store functions in full compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least one (1) year of experience in retail sales
- At least one (1) year of cashiering but not required
- Minimal experience in cashiering is acceptable
- Willing to be assigned at SM Lanang
- Motorcycle/Bicycle enthusiasts are an advantage
- Merchandise discount for all retail store staff and employees
