Job Description
Join My Real Estate Maven Properties as an Admin Assistant. You will support office operations, handle phone and email inquiries, manage schedules, prepare documents and reports, coordinate meetings and minutes, maintain supplies, perform data entry, and assist with basic bookkeeping. Deliver excellent customer service, protect confidential information, and support project coordination. Requirements: Any Business course, prior administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal communication, organization, time-management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
