Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education
- Bachelor Degree in any course or Tech-Voc course
- With valid LTO issued Driver’s license
- Minimum Work Experience
- At least 1 to 3 years’ experience in vehicle and motor pool management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transports clients from point to point according to the request.
- Carries out vehicle maintenance checks.
- Utilizes navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
- Interacts with vehicle users/clients in a professional conduct.
- Works at night and on weekends if needed.
- Maintains an organized travel schedule.
- Ensures that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.
- Arranges for vehicle repairs when necessary.
- Updates monthly mileage records and maintains sufficient records, files, controls, and procedures to ensure proper vehicle maintenance.
- Performs other duties as delegated by the Motorpool Senior Officer or Physical Facilities Management Officer and Director.
- Carries out other tasks assigned to him/her from time to time provided that it will not affect responsibilities and should not be in conflict with the nature and essence of work ethics.
- The omission of specific duties does not preclude the superior from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
