Job Description
Join our team at NCR Teleservices as a Non-Voice Customer Support Representative! In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls for hotel reservations, assist customers with booking, modifying, or canceling reservations, and provide vital information on room availability and pricing. We welcome fresh graduates and provide training, so no prior experience is needed!
Work is Monday to Friday, with weekends off, and you will need good verbal and listening skills in English. Benefits include HMO, 13th Month Pay, paid leaves, and promotion opportunities. Pay reaches up to Php26,00 per month!
Requirements
