Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job:
We are seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive the achievement of Sell Out, Reach, Range, and Execution objectives for the assigned territory by managing and developing distributor sales operations and deploying merchandising teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the annual territory business plan and operational strategies.
- Ensure execution and quality sales standards through effective leadership of the distributor sales team.
- Foster profitable growth for distributor key customers using the Nestlé Way of Selling.
- Provide insights for Category and Channel Plans while addressing commercial opportunities.
- Enhance distributor sales operations through targeted training and coaching.
