Job Description
Main purpose: Manage key customers to drive profitable growth and make Nestlé a partner of choice by creating customer category business plans, modeling the Nestlé way of selling and negotiating, and ensuring excellent execution. Responsibilities include identifying customer opportunities to build plans and initiatives; driving selling, negotiation and execution at commercial and operational levels; owning Customer Category KPIs (sales achievement, growth, cycle plan execution, distribution); executing order-to-cash and customer engagement strategies; and collaborating cross-functionally on corporate and category initiatives.
