Job Description
We are hiring a Business Solutions Specialist to bridge business needs and technology. You will analyze processes, design and implement CRM/ERP solutions, lead stakeholder workshops, manage requirements and deliver training. Work closely with sales, IT and product teams to customize solutions, monitor KPIs and ensure successful deployment. Required: Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in business analysis or systems implementation, strong problem-solving, Excel and SQL familiarity, CRM experience, and excellent communication skills.
