Job Description
We are seeking a Space Planning Specialist to design and optimize workplace layouts for efficiency, safety, and brand consistency. You will develop space programs, prepare bubble diagrams, CAD floor plans, and furniture standards; coordinate with architects, facilities, and project managers; and manage space data and move planning. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or related field; 3+ years of experience in corporate or commercial space planning; proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and space management software; strong communication, analytical, and project coordination skills.
