The IT Service Desk Analyst provides first-line technical support to users, handling incidents and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, escalating complex problems, and maintaining documentation. Candidates should have strong communication skills, basic networking and Windows/Mac OS knowledge, experience with ticketing tools, and a customer-focused attitude. Certifications like CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation are a plus. This role requires problem-solving, attention to detail, and availability for shift rotation.
