Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist new clients in their onboarding process for a seamless transition.
- Conduct onsite and/or online demos and training sessions to ensure clients optimize the use of company solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to set up accounts, configure services, and meet client requirements
- Monitor service implementation to ensure delivery of solutions within the company’s timeline.
- Track key milestones to ensure client expectations are met within agreed timelines.
- Take initiative to discuss potential roadblocks before they cause delays in service.
- Regularly communicate with clients to gather feedback and ensure continued service utility.
- Serve as an escalation point for client queries and concerns.
- Provide advisory support on best practices to enhance client satisfaction and service usage.
- Identify and address potential issues before they impact client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to upgrade services based on customer feedback.
- Develop strategies that promote customer retention and ensure client success.
Job Qualifications
- Accepts K-12/High School Graduates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, or any related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience as an Account Specialist, Account Manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client needs.
- Experience in IT solutions or SaaS (Software as a Service) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
