As an E-commerce Specialist, your primary responsibility is to oversee and optimize the operations of our e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, managing promotional campaigns, and enhancing the overall customer experience across these platforms.

Responsibilities:

E-commerce Platform Management:

Manage day-to-day operations on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok platforms, ensuring listings are optimized for visibility and conversions.

Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and fulfillment to maintain a seamless shopping experience.

Campaign Coordination:

Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns and product launches on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling content and visuals for campaign initiatives.

Performance Analysis:

Utilize analytics tools (e.g., platform analytics, Google Analytics) to track performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.

Generate reports and insights to optimize campaigns and improve platform performance.

Customer Engagement and Support:

Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on e-commerce platforms promptly and professionally.

Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and support.

Marketplace Optimization:

Stay updated on marketplace trends, best practices, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Implement SEO strategies, keyword optimization, and other techniques to improve search rankings and visibility.

Collaboration and Communication:
