Job Description
KEY/INSTI ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST
A Key Accounts Specialist at New RBW Marketing manages strategic client relationships, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and market penetration for food products, involving direct engagement, negotiating, ensuring timely delivery, analyzing sales data, and extensive fieldwork in Hotels, Restaurants, and Canteens, all while coordinating with internal teams for seamless service. Key duties include prospecting, building long-term bonds with vendors, owners, managers, and purchasing staffs, hitting sales targets, implementing strategies, and resolving client issues, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic clients, vendors, and stallholders.
- Sales & Growth: Drive sales, identify new opportunities, negotiate contracts/promotions, and achieve targets.
- Fieldwork & Engagement: Prospect, promote products directly, and conduct fieldwork in public markets.
- Coordination: Liaise with logistics, marketing, and other teams for smooth product delivery and support.
- Data & Reporting: Analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and prepare performance reports.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer queries and complaints effectively.
Core Skills & Qualifications
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, customer-driven, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience: Experience in sales, preferably in a Key Account role (though fresh grads may be considered).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is often required or preferred.
- Transportation: Requires owning a motorcycle and willingness to travel extensively.
