Job Description
Lead daily billing operations, develop policies, ensure compliance with federal and third-party payer rules. Optimize payer contracts and reimbursements, oversee claim submissions and aging, perform pre/post-appointment audits, handle escalated insurance calls, monitor collections KPIs, train and support billing team, and coordinate with on-site staff to resolve billing issues. Requirements: 5+ years supervisory dental billing experience; Dentrix Ascend, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana; strong PPO/DMO/DHMO/NYS Managed Care, ADA/CDT coding knowledge; excellent English, problem-solving and remote team management skills.
