Job Description
Newstar Shopping Mart Inc. is looking for a dedicated HR Associate to support the Store Manager and HRD Section Manager. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, assisting with timekeeping, preparing documents, and addressing employee concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and interviewing applicants.
- Facilitating pre-employment forms and training.
- Preparing recruitment reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Retail HR experience is a plus.
