Job Description
Safety and Equipment Supervisor at NEWSTAR SHOPPING MART INC. ensures a secure, well‑maintained workplace by overseeing security operations, facility maintenance, risk assessments, and compliance. Responsibilities: supervise security staff; manage CCTV, access control and alarm systems; conduct audits and emergency drills; liaise with fire, police and contractors. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Criminology, Security Management, Engineering or related, minimum 1 year supervisory experience, strong leadership and crisis‑management skills, knowledge of maintenance and safety systems, physically fit and flexible. Benefits: SS/PhilHealth/Pag‑IBIG, paid training, attendance incentives, bonuses, discounts, holiday/overtime pay, promotions and career development. Full‑time, permanent; Pay Php16,00–17,00/month; on‑site.
