Job Description
Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. You will welcome guests, answer and route calls, manage appointments and incoming mail, maintain a tidy reception area, and perform general administrative tasks. We seek a professional with excellent communication and customer-service skills, reliable multitasking, basic computer proficiency (MS Office), and a friendly, polished appearance. High school diploma required; 1+ year of reception or customer-facing experience preferred. Fluency in English, punctuality, and a problem-solving attitude are essential. Shift flexibility and confidentiality expected.
