NOW Outsourcing Services Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin and HR Assistant to provide essential administrative support and assist with key HR processes. This role involves managing office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating logistics for meetings while also supporting the recruitment process and employee records management.

Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, previous admin or HR experience preferred, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Job Type: Full-time | Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
