Job Description
Join NTT DATA as a BPO Customer Care Collections Associate! A typical day includes handling 75 to 100 calls while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting service standards.
To qualify, you should have at least 1 year of experience in a professional environment, along with strong computer skills and attention to detail. A high school diploma or GED is required. Preferred candidates will have previous experience in the insurance industry.
