Job Description
Join our team at NTT DATA as a Customer Care Collections Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-line phone customer service to policyholders and internal customers, ensuring satisfaction and service standards. You will handle 75 to 100 calls daily, effectively communicating to resolve inquiries and issues.
We require at least 1 year of experience in a professional environment and computer proficiency. Attention to detail and effective communication are essential. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory. Previous insurance experience is a plus!
