Job Description
We, at NURI OPC, are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Trainer to lead staff training across our Kim’s Ramyun branches. The ideal candidate will design and conduct engaging training sessions on food preparation, customer service, and store operations.
Responsibilities: Develop training programs, conduct on-site training, assess staff performance, prepare materials, and coordinate with management on training needs.
Requirements: 2-3 years of training experience in F&B or retail, strong knowledge of customer service, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00/month
Benefits: Employee discount, 13th-month salary.
