Job Description
Obic Group of Companies is seeking a qualified Area Manager to oversee operations in the Philippines. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, sales growth, and customer satisfaction by supporting branch managers.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, recruit and train staff, implement sales strategies, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, 5 years restaurant management experience, strong leadership skills, and willingness to travel.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php31,590.00 – Php36,090.00 per month
