Job Description

OCIC Consulting is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations. This role ensures compliance with Philippine accounting standards while managing bookkeeping, tax filings, and internal controls. You will provide strategic insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and tax filings.
• Prepare financial statements and budgets.
• Implement internal controls for financial integrity.
• Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions.
• Lead the accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience; 2 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and accounting software.
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills.

Location: Onsite in Makati City | Salary: From Php100,00/month
