Job Description
Join OCS as a Customer Support Associate! In this role, you will ensure exceptional customer service delivery by meeting agreed KPIs. Your responsibilities include understanding customer needs, maintaining strong product knowledge, and promoting our services. You will document interactions accurately and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.
We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma and at least 6 months of customer service experience. The ideal applicant is courteous, service-oriented, and proficient in computer navigation. Flexibility in working rotating shifts is required.
