Job Description
Join us as a BPO Trainer responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs for new hires and ongoing upskilling. You will create instructional materials, conduct classroom and virtual sessions, coach agents to improve KPIs, perform assessments, and work with QA and team leads to close performance gaps. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in BPO operations and training, strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office and LMS, and a coaching mindset. Flexibility for shift schedules and fluency in English required. Previous experience with quality assurance and performance analytics is a plus.
