Job Description
Offshore Talent Inc. seeks an experienced Client Success Manager to own and grow Australian client accounts. You will be the primary contact for clients, oversee offshore team delivery, monitor KPIs, resolve issues proactively, and identify account growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in BPO/outsourcing or remote staffing, experience with Australian/global clients, strong stakeholder communication, and CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred). Full-time, fully remote role. Salary Php60,00–70,00/month with work-from-home benefits and clear ownership of client accounts in a process-driven, scaling outsourcing firm.
