Job Description
Plan, implement, and monitor training for skilled workers in our heavy equipment motorpool; maintain training records, licenses, and certifications; ensure safety, operational, and regulatory compliance; coordinate with internal teams and external providers; support onboarding and continuous skills development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in HR, Psychology, Engineering, or related; experience in heavy equipment, construction, or industrial training; strong organizational, documentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Davao City. Job Type: Full-time, in person.
