Job Description
Omerta Bistro + Lounge seeks a full-time Purchasing and Inventory Specialist to ensure timely supply for the F&B department. Responsibilities include monitoring storage capacity for bulk purchases; sourcing and maintaining relationships with 2–3 preferred vendors for price comparisons; scouting new products and negotiating volume discounts and credit terms; encoding purchases, warehouse withdrawals, kitchen production, sales and consignment into the system; consolidating bar and kitchen inventories for month-end valuation; and investigating variances in raw materials and finished goods.
