Job Description
Are you an experienced HR Generalist ready to step into an exciting new role? One Call Solutions is looking for talented individuals to join our team in Davao City!
As an HR Generalist, you will support various HR functions in our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. Your responsibilities will include payroll processing, benefits administration, recruitment, performance reviews, and employee training programs.
Qualifications:
- BS/AB in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- CHRP Certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year HR Generalist experience
- Effective English communication skills
