Job Description
One Outsource Direct Corp. seeks a Recruitment Specialist (RPO Specialist) to manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate engagement, onboarding, market research, and employer branding. Use HR expertise to implement recruitment strategies, maintain candidate databases, ensure compliance, and analyze hiring metrics. Requirements: HR background and recruitment experience; bachelor’s preferred. Job type: Full-time, permanent, fresh graduates welcome. Salary Php17,00–18,00/month. Benefits: company events, promotion opportunities, and conversion to permanent status. Location: Makati (in person).
