Job Description:
The First Aider is responsible for delivering immediate life-saving care and first aid to employees who are injured or become ill in the workplace. Duties include providing basic nursing care, conducting health inspections, responding to emergency situations, and coordinating with healthcare providers as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of incidents and treatments, ensuring first aid kits and medical supplies are complete and up to date, and supporting workplace safety programs, drills, and emergency response activities.
Qualifications:
- Preferably with one (1) to two (2) years of experience in construction, industrial, or safety-related environments
- Must possess a valid and unexpired Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
- Must have completed DOLE-accredited Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) training
- Knowledgeable in Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, and emergency response procedures
- Physically fit, alert, and capable of performing effectively under pressure
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
