Job Description
Onity Group Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator to manage loan-related customer inquiries, specifically for pre-foreclosure to delinquent accounts. The ideal candidate will log borrower contacts into the loan servicing system and provide long-term resolutions. Proficiency with an autodialing system is required to meet daily contact goals.
Qualifications include excellent customer service skills, fluency in English, and a preference for candidates with a graduate degree or 6 months of call center experience. Positions are available at MOA Complex, Pasay City, or remotely with a minimum internet speed of 100 MBPS.
