OpsArmy is looking for a part-time Billing and Collections Specialist to manage our invoicing and payment processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure accuracy in financial reporting while maintaining positive client relationships.
Key responsibilities include generating invoices via QuickBooks, tracking payments, managing customer collections, and reconciling accounts. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in QuickBooks, and a high level of accuracy in financial record management.
