Job Description
Full-time, Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–4:00 PM EST. You will coordinate ABA therapy schedules for children, managing cancellations, reschedules and urgent changes; arrange make-up sessions within provider policies; build forward-looking schedules; update Aloha and internal tools in real time; maintain accurate records and share daily schedule health updates. Work closely and compassionately with families, technicians and care teams to preserve therapy hours. Ideal candidates have experience in autism services, ABA coordination or healthcare scheduling, strong attention to detail, professional phone skills, and calm, solution-focused problem solving; Aloha experience and Spanish fluency are advantages.
