Job Description
Full-time, Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–4:00 PM EST. Manage ABA and autism therapy schedules, coordinate high-volume day-of changes, technician call-outs, backfills and make-ups, and maintain schedule accuracy in Aloha. Communicate professionally with families and technicians, document recovered therapy hours, follow SOPs and propose improvements. Requires experience in behavioral health or ABA scheduling, strong organization and multitasking, confident U.S. English phone presence, and a detail-oriented, process-driven approach.
