Job Description
OPTIMUM SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking an HR & Admin Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should hold at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Responsibilities include overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, training, evaluations, and compensation. Preferred candidates have 5+ years of HR experience, particularly in contracting, construction, or engineering industries.
