Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account status.
- Assist customers with payment arrangements and dispute resolution.
- Process refunds, adjustments, and account corrections.
- Explain billing statements, charges, and policies clearly to customers.
No Experience Needed:
- We will train you.
What You Need:
- Friendly with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of phone or computer usage.
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status.
- At least a high school diploma.
- Good verbal and listening skills; English preferred.
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php28,987.00/month
