Job Description
Job Summary:
Join us as a Ticketing Agent and be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding service to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (college preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service experience is a plus (training provided).
- Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Benefits:
