Job Summary:
Join ORBIT WORKPOD as a Hotel Booking and HMO Account Specialist. Be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues while providing exceptional service to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (college preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service experience is a plus (training provided).
- Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shifts including day and night shifts.
