Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Online Chat Booking Specialist to join our team at OrBitedge HR. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service through online chat.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions accurately.
- Stay informed about company policies and services.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications: High school education required; college undergraduates welcome. Experience is a plus.
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month.
