Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Chat Assistants. In this role, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via chat, email, or phone.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
No experience needed; we offer training!
Work hours are Monday to Friday, with weekends off. Competitive salary ranges from Php18,980.00 to Php23,980.00 per month, along with various benefits such as HMO, paid leaves, and a 13th-month salary.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- No Criminal Record
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Able to Work Under Pressure
