Job Description
Responsibilities: source candidates per approved headcount; develop sourcing strategies; use job boards and social media within budget; coordinate with hiring managers on job descriptions and selection; manage recruitment administration (schedules, initial assessments, trade tests, shortlisting); prepare job offers; facilitate employee exits and final pay with Payroll; submit monthly and quarterly HR reports. Requirements: proven HR assistant experience, Microsoft Office and HRIS/HRMS proficiency, strong communication, organizational and time-management skills, bachelor’s in Psychology, Human Resources, or related. Full-time, permanent, on-site.
